Rising intonation and Falling intonation

In pronunciation, we use "Raising intonation" in tag questions to confirm an information because we are insecure of it.
We use "Falling intonation" in tag questions if we want a person to agree with us and confirm something that we already know, we're secure of the information and we just doing a coment about it.
